Nate Hobba leads the operations at South Bay Development, including operations oversight, construction oversight and business strategy.  He has 16 years of experience developing and investing in real estate.  Prior to his focus in the real estate industry, he worked for 18 years in software development and business consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Arthur Andersen LLP, IBM and Honda North America Inc.   He graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC), graduating with honors, Summa Cum Laude.   Nate and his wife and two children reside in Redondo Beach, CA.
